Animals
The Antarctic Ocean is home to many species, the most common of these include Penguins, Sea Lions, Mackerels, and Killer Whales. A sample food chain of these animals would go like this: Phytoplankton, Mackerel, Penguin, Sea Lion, and Killer Whale.
These animals live in some of the harshest conditions on earth and have survived through adaptation and survival tactics. Though due to the lack of vegetation most of the animal life are predators and eat the other animals for sustenance causing most of the smaller animals to be eaten by the larger ones.
